02

Permitted Use

Madrasati is licensed for educational and school-management purposes only. You may use the platform to manage classes, communicate with school stakeholders, track homework and attendance, and access academic content authorised by your institution.

03

Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must notify us immediately at contact@madrasati.cloud if you suspect unauthorised access. Sharing accounts between multiple individuals is not permitted.

04

Prohibited Conduct

You must not: (a) upload unlawful, harmful, or offensive content; (b) attempt to gain unauthorised access to other accounts or systems; (c) reverse-engineer, decompile, or scrape the platform; (d) use the platform for commercial advertising without written consent; or (e) interfere with the security or availability of the service.

05

Intellectual Property

All platform software, design, and proprietary content are owned by Madrasati or its licensors. Your institution retains ownership of data it uploads (lesson materials, student records, etc.). You grant us a limited licence to host and process that data solely to provide the service.

06

Availability & Modifications

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice. We are not liable for losses resulting from planned or unplanned downtime.

07

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Madrasati is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by your institution in the three months preceding the event.

08

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms. Your institution may also revoke your access at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately.

09

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Morocco. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Marrakech, Morocco, unless mandatory consumer-protection rules in your jurisdiction require otherwise.

10

Updates to These Terms

We may revise these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance. We will provide at least 7 days' notice of material changes via email to account administrators.
