Madrasati is a cloud-based school-management platform built for Moroccan primary and secondary schools. It connects seven roles (owner, director, head supervisor, accountant, teacher, student and parent), each with its own dashboard. The platform is trilingual: Arabic (RTL), French and English.
More than 15 modules: attendance with review, homework with file submission and grading, grades CC1 to CC4 across two semesters, exam calendar, timetables, real-time messaging, notifications, announcements, behaviour reports, tuition-fee tracking and analytics dashboards.
Yes. All data travels over HTTPS and is protected by strict role-based access control: teachers only see their own classes, parents only their own children. Data is never sold or shared, and the platform is designed to comply with Morocco's Law 09-08 on personal-data protection.
One to two days for a full rollout: create the school account, configure classes and subjects, then import teachers, students and parents. Every user automatically receives their credentials. No special training is required.
Pricing is per school, based on the size of the school and the number of students. There are no hidden fees. Request a free demo from the Contact page and we will prepare a personalised quote tailored to your school, with no commitment.
Yes. Madrasati runs on the web from any browser and has native iOS and Android apps. Parents, students and teachers can follow attendance, grades, homework and messages straight from their phone, in real time.
The director handles academic and strategic oversight of the school, with no access to finances. The head supervisor runs the day-to-day: validating attendance submitted by teachers, organising users and classes, and tracking discipline. The owner is the only role with full access, finances included.
Yes. The interface is fully trilingual: Arabic with right-to-left (RTL) display, French and English. Each user picks their language, and a school can mix languages across roles. Report cards, announcements and messages appear in each person's own language.
